These Terms of Service govern your use of usa-turk-support.com (the “platform”), operated by USA Turk Support. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The platform
USA Turk Support publishes campaigns about public issues. Each campaign has a pre-written message addressed to identified elected officials. You may review the message and, if you choose, send it from your own Gmail or Outlook account. Participation is voluntary.
2. No government affiliation
USA Turk Support is an independent community platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the United States Senate, the House of Representatives, any state legislature, any government agency, any public official, candidate or political party, Google or Microsoft.
3. How sending works
- Before anything is sent, the platform shows you the recipients, the subject and the complete message.
- The campaign message cannot be edited. The only things you add are your name and, optionally, your city and state as the signature. You must enter your real name.
- A message is sent only after you check the confirmation box and press Send Message. It is sent from your account, in your name, and appears in your Sent folder.
- Each email account can send a given campaign once.
We do not guarantee that a message will be delivered, read or answered, or that any campaign will achieve a particular result.
4. Google and Microsoft accounts
To send, you connect your account through Google or Microsoft’s own sign-in page. You enter your password only with Google or Microsoft; we never receive it. We ask only for permission to learn your email address and to send email. We do not ask for permission to read your mailbox. You can remove our access at any time in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Only connect an account that you own or are authorized to use.
5. Optional membership
You may create a free member account to see your participation history. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use another person’s email account, or sign a message with someone else’s name;
- use scripts, bots or other automated means to send messages or create accounts;
- try to bypass the one-message-per-account limit or other security controls;
- interfere with, overload or attack the platform;
- misuse Google or Microsoft services, or use the platform in violation of any law.
7. Campaign content
Campaign pages present the views of USA Turk Support on public issues. Please read each campaign and decide for yourself whether to take part. Recipient addresses and external sources may change over time, and we do not guarantee that every link or address will stay current.
8. Third-party services
The platform relies on services such as Google OAuth and the Gmail API, Microsoft identity and Microsoft Graph, our hosting provider and Cloudflare. These services are controlled by their providers, may change without notice, and are subject to their own terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including how we handle Google and Microsoft user data.
10. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform, or close a campaign, at any time for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
11. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation, email delivery, or any response or outcome resulting from participation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, USA Turk Support will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
